PAYMENTS

Internationally, Devon Works accepts wire transfers for payment. For orders placed and shipped in the United States, Devon Works can accept wire transfers or credit card payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept international credit cards on any orders. Payment must be completed and verified prior to shipping any orders. Devon Works offers complimentary shipping! To ensure delivery of your purchase, we ship via FedEx with “signature required” for delivery. While we would like to, we cannot ensure your order against the unlikely event of misdelivery, lost items, or damage (or other event occurring after Devon deliver the items to the carrier) incurred in shipping. If desired, you can acquire insurance via FedEx or your own carrier to protect against this unlikely event. Lastly, the customer is responsible for any government taxes or fees, including customs and tariffs. If special shipping instructions are needed, please contact us at our customer service number.
